1st Stage - Mechanical Element
The Innovative Mechanical Element separates up to 90%of the oil mist and swarf. The smooth metal surfaces quickly drains fluid back to the sump.

2nd Stage - Agglomerator
The agglomerator filter is a unique depth oil mist filter with layers of stainless steel mesh and oil-attracting fibers. Air passes through coarse and fine fibers at low velocity, ensuring high efficiency and exceptional fluid drainage. Durable and lasting 10 to 15 years, it can also be power washed for easy maintenance.

3rd Stage - Depth Loading Fibre Bed Filter
Fibre bed filters, used by top-tier mist collectors, offer a large surface area, high efficiency, excellent drainage, and a typical lifespan of 1 to 3 years.

4th Stage - Certified HEPA Filter
Certified HEPA filters capture sub-micron mist and smoke, with 95% efficiency at 0.3 microns for coolant applications and 99.97% for oil applications. Designed exclusively for oil mist, our HEPA filters feature heavy-duty micro-glass media, offering unmatched oil retention and durability. They typically last 2 to 4 years.

Mist-Fit Technology

Fibre Bed Mist Filter
Depth-loading filter that captures small mist particles, with a MERV 15 rating. Can be used without a HEPA filter in most applications, with a typical lifespan of 1-3 years.

Optional HEPA Filter
Our optional HEPA filter comes in two variants: one with 95% efficiency at 0.3 microns and another with a higher efficiency rating of 99.97% at 0.3 microns. These filters are made with exclusive heavy-duty filter media, ensuring exceptional performance and longevity.

Pre-Filter Box
The Pre-Filter Box for oil and heavy mist. Recommended for Swiss screw machines. Extends filter life many times.
