Built for the automation cells. Sized for robot loading through the access window, so parts move from the machine to inspection, laser marking, assembly, or packaging without an operator in the loop.
Engineered electrical integration and controls. Power, I/O, and control logic are engineered to tie into your automation system, so the AX-1200 runs as part of the cell instead of as a standalone station parked beside it.
Fully enclosed automated cleaning and drying. Cleans coolant and chips off machined parts and dries them before the next operation — no manual handling between the CNC machine and what comes next. Available with high-velocity air knives for faster, more complete dry-off.
Rinse system, available with or without closed-loop water management. Add a rinse stage for parts that need more than air alone. Pair it with closed-loop water management to recirculate rinse fluid instead of running to drain and cut fluid waste — or run the rinse system on its own.
Negative-pressure enclosure with two-stage filtration. A dual stage filtration system contains mist and debris instead of pushing them into the shop air.
Compact footprint for a machine-side install. fits inside the cell without giving up floor space to a standalone wash station.
High-volume airflow. Twin 0.75 hp motors move 1,100–1,200 CFM on 230/3/60 or 460/3/60 power, rated for continuous industrial duty.
